This is an album that was begun in 2023 and will be completed early in 2024 in order to make room for another album. Most of the songs are entirely new and written and recorded in 2023.

Not much to say about this record, only that it feels more and more important to do original work and make things for the future the older I get. As a result, this album will have minimal 12" vinyl pressing. I have not ordered it yet nor mastered the songs but I am planning on having some albums to sell in time for release, which is in March. Stay tuned to this page because once I get samples I am going to throw it up for order.

The title song on the album was written several years ago. It's kind of nostalgic, kind of bitter look back at life of a late Gen X product of the post feminist post 60s society. We are the product of their Brave New World.

There are a couple of versions of "Satan is a Loser" which is something I fully believe and there are a few other songs that incorporate explicitly Christian themes in there as well including the closing song which I see as a 80s guitar ballad or something. It's funny but Christianity is really the most rebellious thing a musician, or anyone in the entertainment industry, can approach. Unless it is couched in total distain, of course. Which only proves that Satan is constantly being promoted and also constantly failing to make his terrible case for humanity. The guy is just a loser. We all know it. Why do people insist he's so cool? It boggles the mind.

A couple of these songs I feel like are bad parodies of early Beck. "The Game is Rigged" basically rips off Odelay songs and the circus song is kind of something I think he would have on his early tape demos. The way I see it he is kind of an older brother figure to me. Plus I get to play country psychedelia, which is always fun. Lot of Byrds influence on this record as well.

There are a couple shoe gaze songs in there. Some two chord drone rock. You know, the standard stuff. I am almost 43 and still making this stuff hahah. Thank God. A lot of my friends have left the Earth and I wonder what kind of music they would be making now. At least I can think of them from time of time and dedicate the new creations to them.
